We cover the strength component of a regular yoga practice. The instructors will learn to guide their clients through safe and effective asana sequences, weight training, and high-intensity interval training to complement their exercise routine.

This training has an emphasis on motivation, musicality, strength training exercises, HIIT exercises, and strong teaching methods.

 

Power Up Your Teaching

Yoga Strength Training is so much fun! This module will certify you as a Yoga Strength Trainer in this 50-hour training.

In Yoga Strength Training, we cover exercise physiology, musicality, advanced teaching methods for Yoga Strength, sequencing strength exercises, and circuit training essentials. We meet weekly to practice and develop sequences during the training and you will receive valuable feedback on best practices to develop dynamic and effective routines.
