Paths of Meditation
September 12th - October 3th, 2024

Meditation began with self-exploration and inquiry. Today, it is commonly used to manage issues such as stress and anxiety. In this four week course, Andrew & Crystal will guide you to the traditional practice of meditation in order to explore your mind and its functions. As we explored the mind, we will understand how to influence it and anticipate its desires and feelings.
During the Paths of Meditation, we will exercise and study forms of meditation and their root practices. You will experience a new style of meditation each week when we meet in person and you will be given access to an online course to help you create a regular meditation practice.

In this 4 Week course, Crystal guides you through the chakras and energy system through a combination of discussions, activities, yoga classes, meditations, and mindfulness exercises. Crystal will meet with you in person weekly to educate you on the power of the energy centers and how they integrate with the other facets of your life. You will be given practical tools to utilize, enhance, balance, and activate these energy centers. You will also be taught key physical and mental indicators which are interrelated to the chakra centers so you can take steps to bring about balance and a sense of tranquility to your life.

During these 4-weeks, we get to dive deeply into the preparation and practices in order to strengthen and incorporate these transitions and positions in a practice. While these types of postures are usually shown in a 1-day workshop, we only get to touch these postures in those single-day events. In this 4-week program, we will empower your practice to fly with ease!
