Our Story
About Us
Founded in 2015 by Andrew and Crystal, our studio was born from a lifelong dedication to movement, performance, and human potential. With backgrounds spanning athletics, gymnastics, martial arts, dance, personal training, and gym ownership, Andrew & Crystal recognized a gap in the wellness space: a need for a place where science-backed therapeutics, intelligent movement, and the deeper practices of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation could exist under one roof.
That vision continues to guide our evolution as we step into our next chapter.
What We Do
We currently offer a wide range of yoga classes, workshops, curated programs, and teacher training experiences designed to support both physical vitality and inner development. Our movement-based practices emphasize mobility, functional strength, and intelligent sequencing to help students move better, feel stronger, and reduce injury risk in daily life and athletic pursuits. Beyond the physical, our offerings invite deeper exploration through breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, and structured self-inquiry. We support individuals in knowing themselves more fully, cultivating awareness, and aligning their lives with their core values—so growth is not only physical, but mental and emotional as well.
As we relocate to our new facility in March of 2026, we will quickly incorporate therapeutic offerings including sensory deprivation, contrast therapy, and salt (halo) therapy. In the future, we will also aim to make a positive impact on the mental health community by offering mental health services, continuing education opportunities for mental health professionals, and conducting primary research on the efficacy of yogic practices in therapeutic settings.
Our Philosophy
Everything we teach is grounded in our lifestyle. Yoga is not something to perform, but something to live. Our facility exists to strengthen the yoga community by embodying our principles and serving as a steady, reliable source of education, growth, and inspiration.
Trust – in the process, the practice, and one another
Integrity – doing the work with honesty and responsibility
Embodiment – living what we teach, not just explaining it
Connection – to self, community, and purpose
Authenticity – honoring each individual’s unique path
