Join Andrew for an exploration of the mind, how it evolves, and a sophisticated way to master its patterns while exploring traditional and ancient concepts within yoga philosophy. Utilizing these concepts, you will be led through several group and individual activities to better understand your mental patterns, practices to change them, and bring about an understanding of where they stem from.
This program includes online content you will have ongoing access to. Within the online material, you will find several video explanations, journal prompts, and self-exploration activities to do in preparation for the weekly in-person meetings.
