During this course, we work to advance your vinyasa sequencing in a logical and systematic way. We begin by taking an advanced look at the human anatomy and study exercise physiology to establish clear and effective guidelines for sequencing. Sequencing the Body is designed to guide 200 Hour RYTs to organize and develop their sequencing methods and strengthen their fluid understanding of anatomy. After taking this training, you will feel confident in your approach creating new sequences for any population. Your teaching will be diverse, fresh, and have your unique style.
This course is a 4 week module on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Powerful Guidance for Sequencing Amazing Yoga Classes
We spend 50-hours guiding you to sharpen your understanding of how to sequence properly and avoid pitfalls in teaching by providing guidelines and detailed look at anatomy.
Sequencing The Body begins by establishing a strong connection to our principles of safety and purposeful sequencing. We guide you to build a dynamic and structured style of sequencing that is both safe and unique. You will walk away from this training with specialized knowledge on intentions for postures, placements within sequences, and have a great grasp for methodologies to develop clientele capabilities towards advanced postures. As we explore the topic together, you will gain strong insight on how to offer advanced critiques on classes, develop unique and impactful themes around asana, and avoid pitfalls teachers commonly fall into when developing creative sequences.
Within this module, we will meet Friday nights and Sundays for 4 weeks for lecture, sequencing development sessions, and team critiques. This program is only offered in person so that you get the most out of the program.
