During this 4-week course, Andrew expands on the traditional practices of yoga and how you can incorporate them in your living experience today. The mix of in-person and online content will give you the necessary background on the Classic Styles of Yoga as well as the relevant yogic philosophies we explore during the program. The in-person sessions dive straight into the practical application of each style of yoga as well as group activities to walk the path.
Each week, Andrew will lead you through philosophy discussions and connect the ancient methods with modern studies and daily practices. You will have ongoing access to exclusive video content with deep dives into the material, guidance on lifestyle practices, and activities to incorporate into your life.
