Flight Club - Arm Balance Training Program

April 25th - May 16th, 2024

Thursdays; 7:00 - 8:30 PM

This 4-week program is designed to develop your abilities to master arm balance postures.  You be given close coaching and guidance during the program, and we will develop various exercises and practices you can incorporate regularly in order to build the strength and confidence to include arm balances into your regular practice.

Each week, Andrew will guide you through a 90 minute session using all of the tools necessary to empower your practice with these advanced yoga postures.  During these 4-weeks, we get to dive deeply into the preparation and practices in order to strengthen and incorporate these arm balances in a practice.  While these types of postures are usually shown in a 1-day workshop, we only get to touch these postures in those single-day events. In this 4-week program, we will empower your practice to fly with ease!
