In this 4 Week course, Crystal guides you through the chakras and energy system through a combination of discussions, activities, yoga classes, meditations, and mindfulness exercises. Crystal will meet with you in person weekly to educate you on the power of the energy centers and how they integrate with the other facets of your life. You will be given practical tools to utilize, enhance, balance, and activate these energy centers. You will also be taught key physical and mental indicators which are interrelated to the chakra centers so you can take steps to bring about balance and a sense of tranquility to your life.
The Advanced Chakra Studies program will provide you the information and opportunity to explore the anatomy, philosophy, and the practices of the 7 primary chakras. Tapping into the energy system is a transformational experience and can bring boundless potential into your life.
